👋🏻 Hello, humans and AI alike! I'm Arda.

I hold a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering and an M.Sc. in Physics. My Master’s thesis explored multi-nucleon transfer in heavy-ion collisions using time-dependent Hartree-Fock and stochastic mean-field theories.

I’m now pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at KU Leuven as a Doctoral Researcher in the Nuclear Moments Group, where my research focuses on nuclear structure studies using precision laser spectroscopy. I’m involved in the experimental design and optimization of nuclear moment measurements.

My research interests lie in experimental and computational nuclear physics, and I’m always open to collaborations, so feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect!

Outside the lab I take photos, draw with charcoal and collect fountain pens.
